All of the other internet skate shops I’ve visited were so incompetent with handling anything but you seem to have been the best one I’ve visited. Not only that but your OWN products are fantastic, I recently bought two of your own brand decks and they have been the best I’ve ever had and your clothing section is great as well. You seem to be really caring for your customers and you reply to every complaint they have efficiently. However, it is not only the shop that impresses me, I’ve been on your YouTube channel and seen your skate videos and I they’re think great.     I recently purchased a pair of Supra trainers from a rival website. When these arrived they turned out to be fake, and when the supplier wouldn’t give me a refund I placed the charge on hold with my credit card company. They advised me in turn to get a refund I would need a signed letter from an expert, agreeing that these shoes were fake.I phoned your customer service line, and was given Aaron’s details. I sent him an email with photos of the shoes and he could not have been more helpful. Nothing appears to have been too much trouble, he has accommodated my every request including sending me a signed statement that the shoes I purchased are fakes. This will go a very long way to helping me resolve my dispute with the credit card provider.I just wanted to say really, that I have been hugely impressed by the support given here. I have worked in customer service in the past and so I have a fairly reasonable expectation of what makes good service – and in this case I have been blown away. Aaron is a genuine credit to your team, and I have been so impressed by how easy he has made this whole process for me.

    I am a long term customer of Route One, and I will be sure to recommend you to everyone I know.
