The following need to apply to be eligible for a refund:
1. The item must be in stock in the same style, size and colour that was purchased from the Route One website.
2. Special promotions, rebates, and gift certificates are not eligible.
3. The website where you find the lower price cannot be an auction site.
4. We will compare the Route One price with the final price that would have been paid at the other site, including shipping and VAT, less any promotion.
5. The Price Match offer is valid for 7 days from the date of your purchase and is limited to one refund per month per customer.

To receive your refund simply:
Send an email to pricematch@routeone.co.uk with: (1) your Order Number, (2) the URL of the site where you found the item, (3) instructions how to find the item and (4) your contact day time telephone number.
After receiving your email, Route One will verify the website where you found the lower price and if applicable give you the refund and send you an e-mail to confirm the refund.
