Jake Johnson is officially welcomed to the Converse Cons programme with this Pontus Alv produced edit, filmed in and around Malmo earlier this year.
Whilst Jake’s future board sponsorship remains in limbo (will Dyrdek bring Alien back? Will Pontus make him an offer he can’t refuse???) he is still managing to put out parts and mix it up with the best of them. This edit in particular showcases a different side to his skateboarding arsenal; it’s very much themed around Pontus’ moveable pole jam and the fun times that ensue as they take it around the city.
Sure, his biggest fans may well have wished for more of the insane wallride action that made his Static 4 part so memorable but we also like to see skateboarders out there enjoying themselves and this part certainly showcases that!
