STORE RETURNS POLICY - COVID 19 UPDATE

Route One are happy to extend the exchange period from 28 days of purchase to 60 days. The normal conditions apply,  the goods are unused, are still in their original condition and you have the original till receipt.

Due to the fact changing rooms are currently out of bounds, one would also be entitled to a refund, pending Head Office approval. 

In the event that a suitable exchange cannot be found we will be happy to provide you with a credit note to the value of the product, to purchase another item at a later date. Unfortunately we are unable to refund on non-faulty merchandise.

CDs, DVDs and games cannot be accepted unless they are returned sealed. Magazines, custom set-ups and underwear cannot be returned.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.
