Does Jacob Harris ever stop? Or is he getting so much love from the industry right now that he can pretty much travel the world and film his associated cohorts the entire year round? Likely the latter, we reckon, if his video output this summer is anything to go by!

Barely a week since Thrasher released the latest (and possibly last) Atlantic Drift episode, Jake is back, this time for Carhartt, with Mike Arnold, Remy Taveira, Sylvain Tognelli and Max Palmer, documenting their skateboarding (and large amounts of B roll) as they travel around the capital city of Taiwan.

Mixing his usual combo of 16mm film and VX whilst pastiching eastern cinematography's penchant for a fast zoom, it's definitely an interesting watch and a brave punt at trying something kinda new. Whilst we're not 100% sold on the idea (as it seems to have more than a toe dipped into the idea of cultural appropriation), there's no denying the skating is everything you'd expect and Marnold's latest/greatest hippie jump is included - and that alone is daft enough to be worth your time. Click play now, this is the zeitgeist before your very eyes.
