Our working days are Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays. You must order before 6pm on a weekday to receive the following weekday.
If you place your order after 6pm, or during the weekend, your order will be processed the immediate next working day, and delivered the following working day

Saturday Delivery* - UK Mainland Only
To receive your order on a Saturday, you must place your order any time during the week as long as we receive your order before 6pm on Friday.
If you order after 6pm on the Friday, your order will be delivered the following Saturday.
DPD Delivery Information
- You will receive a text when your order has been dispatched confirming the day of delivery
- You can choose some different delivery options and reply to this message if you’re not going to be in. These options are: leave with a neighbour, leave in a safe place, or deliver on a different day.
- You’ll receive a text and email confirming your estimated delivery time on the day of delivery
- DPD deliver between 7:30 am – 6pm and all deliveries must be signed for, unless you have specified a safe place via text message.
- If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted, a calling card will be left to instruct you on what to do next.
International Deliveries
- Due to the complications in becoming Brexit ready we are currently only shipping to a handful of countries. We will open up to other European countries very soon. All European deliveries are delivered duty paid (DDP) Where applicable.
