Access and use of our Web site, together with the sale and the purchase of products from the site, are governed by the terms and conditions set out below. By using the site you agree to accept the following terms and conditions. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions, you may choose not to use this site or contact us to ask for further information. A contract between RouteOne.co.uk and the customer will exist once an order has been accepted, processed, dispatched and received.

Due to the nature of our business, stock availability cannot be guaranteed. If your goods are in stock the order will be shipped in order to reach you within 5 working days. Payment is not taken from your credit card until stock has been checked and the order is ready for shipping. Once you have placed an order with Route One an email will be sent to you confirming your order details. A second e-mail will be sent once your order has been dispatched. It is important that you give us a valid email address so you can receive these emails.
Route One reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our absolute discretion. Whilst we try to ensure that such prices are accurate, Route One reserve the right to correct the prices if we discover an error. In this event, you will be entitled to cancel your order or re-confirm it at the correct price.

Cancellation of orders, given the nature of electronic commerce, is not possible online, if you would wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched please contact us on 0800 316 8812. If you are unhappy with your goods once they have arrived you are entitled to return them for a refund or replacement. Please check the order confirmation screen carefully before completing your order.
Where an item is marked as “Available for pre-order” an expected delivery date will be shown. If you order the goods, they will be dispatched as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. When buying a Pre Order product the payment will go into a pre-autorisation mode until the item is dispatched in which the account will then be fully charged. If the Pre Order is part of a larger order the items in stock will be dispatched immediately and the pre ordered items dispatch upon arrival at no extra delivery cost to you.
PAYMENT AND SECURITY
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Access, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to process payments from American Express. For your security, all our credit card transactions are processed by Datacash. Datacash ensure that any card details sent by you are encrypted and held securely. No one else, including us, has access to your credit card details.

IMPORTANT please ensure that you write your order number and post code on the returns form which is available here. Without this we will not know who has returned the item and it cannot be processed. When you return an item to us, please fill in the returns slip which will be included in your parcel. Your completed returns slip must then be returned with the goods to the address provided. We would suggest that you keep a note of your order number in case you need to contact us regarding your return. Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 28 days of the invoice date. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required. CD's, videos, games and DVD's will not be accepted unless they are returned sealed. Magazines and custom setups and underwear cannot be returned. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us. Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected and agreed by Route One as faulty. In certain circumstances it may be necessary to send the item to the manufacturer, before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us. Once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or refund. Skateboard setups are custom made to the customer’s order and therefore cannot be returned. In addition, snapped or cracked boards usually occur when your foot is in the wrong position when landing a trick or grab. Unfortunately, if this happens, Route One cannot replace your broken board or a board with pressure cracks.
Free Gift With Purchase - If you receive a free gift with your order as a result of an online promotion and you’d like to return your order for a refund, you’ll need to return the item you received for free in an unworn resalable condition.
If you do not return the free item, the full price of the item will be deducted from your refund. If you’re returning your order for an exchange for an item that would still fall within the original online promotion, there’s no need to return the free item.
3 for 2 Offer Terms:
We reserve the right to exclude certain products from any promotion including 3 for 2, excluded products will be highlighted on product page.
Items purchased as part of any 3 for 2 offer can be exchanged for any other product within the offer to an equal value. Items of a higher value will be charged the additional value, cheaper items will be refunded the difference as long as this does not effect the cheapest/free item.
In the event a refund is requested, due to the order no longer meeting the requirements of the promotion the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount prior to the refund being issued, in the event the free product is returned no refund will be applied.
Customers must contact us about undelivered/missing parcels within 90 days of placing their order, all orders will be assumed delivered correctly unless contact is made within this timeframe.
In the event that you wish to return an item from a buy one get one free offer, you must return both items to receive a refund. If one item is returned, you will not receive any funds in return, as the offer will no longer valid. Items bought on BOGOF offers may be returned for an exchange of another item included in the offer.
These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and the courts of England OR the jurisdiction in which you are resident or domiciled (at Route One’s election) shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between you and Route One, without regard to any choice of law provisions or private international law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, UK, for any and all disputes relating to the Terms of Service, use of this web site or any Linked site in the event that Route One have elected England as the jurisdiction.
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Route One. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Route One.
None of the above affects you statutory rights under English Law.
CANCELLING AN ORDER UNDER THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods to cancel your order.
We will accept confirmation of order cancellation via telephone if your order is submitting and yet to be dispatched as well as email or letter. If your order has been dispatched, you must write a letter or send an email to us to request cancellation. (Our address can be found on the contact us page.) The letter can be sent within the parcel of goods being returned. You must include your order number, name and billing address.
We will cancel and fully refund the order including original postage costs as long as the whole order is returned. You will be refunded within 30 days. We cannot accept cancellation of an order if goods have been made specific for a customer and have been dispatched. For example gripping of a deck or assembly of a skateboard.
We strongly recommend recorded or signed for delivery so the parcel is insured and trackable. You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your care and they will be returned at the customers cost. All goods must be returned within 14 days of the requested cancellation.
Goods returned with postage labels attached to the products e.g. shoe boxes, without original labels or suitably packaged for transit may incur a compensation fee for the lost value. If you do not ensure reasonable care and goods are returned damaged, we may claim against you for breach of this statutory right.
If you fail to return the goods following your cancellation request we may send a courier to you at your expense of £4.49 to collect the goods. This cost will be deducted from your total refund. If you still fail to return goods we can charge you the direct cost of recovery and may claim against you for breach of your statutory duty.
All letters and parcels should be returned to Route One Cancellations Department, the full address is displayed below. We will not accept cancellations letters or goods sent to the returns department or any other sector.
