Alex Winstanley

Alex has been part of the Route One family for 20 years and a skateboarder for nearly twice that. Initially manager of our Leeds store, he went on to build the original Route One Skate team, organising and filming trips to Bulgaria, Tenerife, Malta and beyond. These days, you'll find him interviewing the world's biggest skate stars or wittering on as the voice of our bi-weekly skate email series. If not, he'll be skating. Always skating!
