Primitive Skateboards at Bay Sixty6

Jun 2015 by Route One

Tuesday the 19th of May saw the first ever international Primitive Skateboards demo take place at the legendary Bay Sixty6 skate park in London, with Paul Rodriguez, Carlos Ribeiro and Nick Tucker giving that fabled plywood a right proper seeing to.

After waiting for what seems like an eternity, the official coverage of the event is now live; those of you not fortunate enough to be able to make it along on the night itself can now see every single highlight in crispy HD, what a treat that is!

Obviously P-Rod was the main draw with people travelling from afar afield as Wakefield just to catch a glimpse of the man himself. Nick Tucker & Carlos Ribeiro weren't just there to make up the numbers though, oh no - the latter in particular showed just how graceful technical power can be in the right hands (or should we say feet!?!), just check the edit for proof!

Before the demo itself were lucky enough to be able to sit down with each of the riders for an in-depth interview; We kick off with Carlos' chat this Thursday  then follow up with Nick and Paul respectively - you are not going to want to miss these!
