Supra Quattro Lucien Clarke PWBC Shoes

Nov 2015 by Route One

Route One is stoked to announce the arrival of Supra’s newest skater collab: the Lucien Clarke Quattro, inspired by Lucien and the synonymous PWBC skate collective’s minimal and relaxed vibe.

PWBC (which ironically stands for Palace Wayward Boys Choir, for those of you who don’t know) was borne by a group of Southbank skater mates 10 years ago, and has grown into a raucous crew of filmmakers, musicians, artists which have launched the massive Palace Skateboards, the PWBC TV series, and Lucien Clarke’s career as a skater.

The Quattro, already known for its simple lines and outstanding performance as a skate shoe, has been reimagined with Lucien to create a monochromatic, minimal design with subtle detailing that is out of this world.

With extremely minimal detailing on the toe box, this monochrome suede upper sits atop  an all-new cupsole, constructed from a mix of patented Suprafoam midsole and rubber outsole, providing incredible support and protection without compromising on boardfeel or style.

The all-black upper is accented with a reflective heel and eyestay, which make the shoes really come alive at night or under flash – this feature being Lucien’s “‘extra renegade” favourite. This detailing is mirrored with silver lace tag, Palace-reminiscent pyramid eyelets and lace tips, and is finished with understated Supra logo and PWCB insole logo.
