Gunes Ozdogan 'Smiley'
Somewhere, in another universe, on a different plane, Gunes Ozdogan is the biggest name in skateboarding. In that world, the Swedish ledge technician has a multi million dollar contract, a SOTY trophy and his face on a box of sugar packed American cereal.
Sadly in this world he does not, which really is a travesty as he is such an amazing skateboarder!
First coming to worldwide attention in adidas' Away Days, Gunes never really got the board brand backing to springboard his career in the way so many of his colleagues did, which makes no sense when you see him skate. But that may be about to change...
This brand new part for his very own Sensi Skateboards, hosted by Free, means he's in charge of the narrative from now on. And when he's putting out footage this good, our version of the universe may well make a star out of him yet!
