Jaakko Ojanen 'Manana'
Jaakko Ojanen is one of those rarest of beasts, a verifiable skate wizard. Like Norway's Gustav Tonessen or the Netherland's Daan Van Der Linden, Jaakko hails from Northern Europe and possess skills on a skateboard that are unquantifiable - basically you just have to accept he's magic!
Making a name for himself over recent years, viral clips took him all the way to professional status with Element and now the world has opened back up again he has a full part over on Free Skateboard Mag's website.
From the opening 'mistakes' to the intentional hammers, everything Jaakko does seems sprinkled with pixie dust and almost impossible to understand. The commentator's cliche of 'deft feet' doesn't cut it; as we said before, the lad is magic!
