Sacrebleu - Lovenskate in Marseille
Mention Marseille and skateboarding in the same breath and, for most people, thoughts immediately turn to Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 and the amazing digital facsimile of the legendary park that millions of us spent hours trying to master, serenaded by the dulcet tones of Millencolin's Nikola Šarčević.
But there's more to France's third largest city than one solitary bowl complex, as the Lovenskate team and friends found out when they made the trip down to the Med earlier in the year.
Featuring Alex's Barton and Halford, Ewan Bower, James Collins and Lucas Healey, as well as friends Chloe Bernard, Funeral French, Dave Morgan and more, the highlights of the trip are now online. Further to this, and to really make the most of the content, Grey Magazine has a fantastic article 'Joy From The Hills' chronicling the behind-the-scenes stories of the brands sojourn to the Bouches-Du-Rhone.
Read Dave Morgan's article here and then watch the vid, Halford and the gang really show the French boys how it's done!
