Keith Hufnagel 'Memory Screen'

Oct 2020 by Route One
Keith Hufnagel did it all. From humble East coast beginnings to his eponymous footwear brand and the most famous socks in skateboarding, Huf took the talents he was gifted in life and grafted every second to make them work for him and ultimately his family. He was a skateboarder, a businessman and a father and tragically he lost his life this week, leaving behind an archive of footage few will ever come close to matching.
And it's delving into this back catalogue, and the life affirming joy it brings, that we're concentrating on today. Sneep at Memory Screen and Free Mag came together to release this near four minute collection of some of Huf's greatest skateboarding hits, reminding the new generation that style, grace and power will always be timeless.
Though we've been guilty of using this phrase with a touch of hyperbole on occasion this time it really rings true: click play to see one of the greatest to ever do it.

RIP Keith, you truly were the best of us.
