To celebrate the release of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 remastered, we've been taking a look at a few of our favourite characters in the game. Today is the turn of Nyjah Huston.
Imagine being 12 years old and being in a video game?! Little Nyjah joined the THPS ranks in 2006 with Project 8 and has appeared in the last 5 games. Now a firm favourite for younger skaters with one of the best stats in the game, Nyjah has become THPS royalty.
Nyjah’s rise to fame in skateboarding is well documented, from ‘The Motivation’ X games movie, Element’s ‘Rise & Shine’ and thousands of skate interviews and videos, Nyjah has grown up on the board and in front of the camera.

Dominating the skateboarding competition world as the highest paid skater of all time, he’s smashing records and winning awards, with eyes firmly on the gold at Tokyo 2021 Olympics. Aside from the comps, Nyjah has proved that his design side is as innovative as his skateboarding, his partnership with Nike in 2016 has brought us the iconic Nyjah Free.
