Vans Shop Riot 2015
This year Vans brought the UK leg of the European shop riot to the well established Pioneer skatepark in St Albans.
During previous years the event has been held over a two day period and at two different parks, one in the North the other in the South. This time around the competition was a one day venue, meaning all shops entering the competition made the journey from near and far to attend one of the most important core events skate stores participate in. With Vans holding their 'protect the core' ethos very close to heart, lots of energy and resources are pumped into this series of events giving shops the opportunity to shine, give up and coming skaters a chance to strut their stuff and potentially travel to the finals.
A massive congratulations to Shop Riot veterans 'Black Sheep skate store' who managed to bag 1st place and a slot in the European finals.
