Vans Skateboarding Presents: Tyson Peterson
Tyson Peterson first burst into the public consciousness as part of Element's KOTR III winning squad. His crazy mop of dreads, matched with his beaming smile and hyper-positive attitude meant he immediately became a fan favourite - it didn't hurt that he was one of the most excitingly talented rippers of his generation either!
A move to Baker soon followed and it seemed like everything was coming good for the young lad from Melbourne Florida. Sadly, as is all too often the case in skateboarding, a horrific knee injury side-lined him less than a year into filming for Baker 4g and, since then, coverage has been pretty quiet on the Peterson front.
Thankfully that's no longer the case and, as this Vans Footwear retrospective shows, the lad is back and stepping back on it with a vengeance! So keep an eye open for Tyson Peterson, at 24 years old this lad still has a long way to go yet!
